Currently, the traditional continuing education approach is still characterized by repetition and memorization prescribed in textbooks or through classroom lectures. It introduces information in a unidirectional, non-individualized, static process. Traditional learning does not assess a doctor’s current knowledge base and cannot assess future outcomes. We challenge the conventional approach to support our clinicians and consider this methodology alone as generally outdated, ineffective and time inefficient. 

Accordingly, we internally developed our own innovative “experiential learning platform” which focuses on the process of “learning through experience”. This concept is narrowly defined as learning through the reflection of doing which is distinct from rote or didactic learning. Unlike the traditional approach, experiential learning is a bidirectional, individualized dynamic process that merges classic theoretical concepts with real world experience.
