New Hyde Park, NY – Dental365 today announced the addition of two key members to the Company’s senior leadership team to focus on the continued growth of the Dental Services Organization (DSO). Thomas Eicke, former president of ValueHealth, LLC and NueHealth, LLC based in Leawood, Kansas now serves as President and David Jordan, an experienced leader who has held financial leadership positions at several esteemed companies such as CVS Pharmacy, Sears and JC Penney has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Jordan joined the leadership team in June of 2022, charged with tracking the Company’s cash flow and strategically leading the Company’s financial planning. His background includes the successful completion of two sale transactions to larger private equity sponsors and he has helped take two companies public via IPO events.

President Thomas Eicke is charged with leading all non-clinical affairs of the Company. Thomas started his career in the healthcare sector as a Registered Nurse, then earned his Master’s in Anesthesia and practiced as a Board Certified Nurse Anesthetist. He later advanced into management and leadership positions in the healthcare space while earning his MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Eicke has a wealth of experience in M&A, De Novos, building out new markets and overseeing Operations, Marketing, IT, Legal, and HR teams.

Brick Township, NJ – This past Tuesday, Dental365 celebrated the much anticipated opening of their 100th location in Brick Township, NJ. In addition to the grand opening, the company hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the milestone office opening.

Attendees were given the opportunity to tour the office, engage with staff members and discuss the future expansion of Dental365 offices throughout New Jersey.

Wantagh, NY – Dental365 and Premier Care Dental Management have partnered with The John Theissen Children’s Foundation to help children in need start off the school year with brand new backpacks and school supplies. 

More than 20 Dental365 and Premier Care Dental Management employees attended the company’s volunteer event on July 27, 2022 where over 250 backpacks were filled with school supplies ranging from notebooks and pencils, to binders and crayons. It was a fun night that brought colleagues together outside of the office while doing something great for the community.

“It is so rewarding to be able to put a smile on a child’s face. Helping them to start off a new school year with all the supplies that they need is just one of the many ways we are giving back this year,” says Dr. Scott Asnis, Founder and CEO of Dental365.

Partnering with The John Theissen Children’s Foundation allows the organization to easily distribute backpacks to children in need locally, which will be distributed in mid-August in time for the start of the 2022-23 school year.

John Theissen Children’s Foundation is a- A 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization that has been providing to sick and underprivileged children across Long Island in any capacity possible since 1992.  The foundation was founded by John Theissen after having a brain tumor at age 17 and being hospitalized in a children’s hospital. The scholarship program, first announced in April, brought in over 90 applicants from 6 different states and 16 areas of educational interest. As part of the scholarship program, employees and employees’ family members were recognized and awarded in recognition of their dedication to academic or vocational education. Last week, the company awarded 15 applicants funds to be used toward the tuition of an accredited program.
