Dr. Scott Asnis

Founder and CEO

An accomplished and award winning cosmetic dentist for over 35 years, Dr. Asnis founded Dental365 in 2014. Under his leadership and direction, Dental365 has expanded throughout the Northeast. Dr. Asnis is a renowned leader in the dental industry and has been honored and recognized as a visionary award recipient for his outstanding accomplishments.

Dr. Joshua Gish

President, Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry

Dr. Joshua Gish is the President of Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry and joined our company in 2019.  Prior to Dental365, Dr. Gish was a partner at Long Island Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, a private practice Oral Surgery group in Suffolk County, Long Island. Dr. Gish holds a DDS from the State University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine and an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Certification from Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Michael Fleischer

EVP Clinical Affairs

Michael Fleischer DDS is the Executive Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Joined Dental365 in January of 2017. Prior to Joining Dental 365 he was co-founder of The Fleischer Dental Group, PC and before that Chief Dental Resident at Buffalo General Hospital. Dr Fleischer holds a Batchelor of Science degree in Biology from Adelphi University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Kate Wilson

SVP Clinical Affairs

Dr. Kate Wilson is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Dental365 since 2013. She earned her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies in Chemistry and Women's Studies at Hamilton College. Prior to her role at Dental365, she practiced dentistry in private practices in Long Island and Queens, showcasing her expertise and dedication to the field.

Dr. Robert Kolts

SVP Clinical Affairs

Robert Kolts DDS is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Affairs and joined Dental365 in 2023. He earned his dental degree from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from Penn State University. Prior to joining Dental365, he was the Clinical Director at Overjet. Prior to Overjet, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Verber Dental Group.

David Jordan

Chief Financial Officer

David Jordan is the Chief Financial Officer and joined Dental365 in 2022. Dave's background includes the successful completion of two transactions to larger private equity sponsors and he has taken two companies public via an IPO event. Prior to Dental365, David has held senior finance leadership positions at several different companies including CVS Pharmacy, Sears, JC Penney, Planet Fitness, Victra and Path-Tec.

Jessica Colon

Chief of Staff

Jess is the Chief of Staff and has been a part of Dental365 since its inception.  Prior to Dental365, Jess worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Asnis and Echelman DDS.

Jonathan Liebling

Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan is the Chief Operating Officer and joined Dental365 in 2021. Prior to Dental365, Jonathan managed sales and operations for Henry Schein in the greater New York area.

Jennifer Kirschenbaum

General Counsel & CAO

Jennifer Kirschenbaum, Esq. is General Counsel and CAO and has been with Dental365 from inception. Prior to Dental365, Jennifer is proud to have served in the roll-up of CityMD, and to focus her time on doctor-centric growth models. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School after finishing her undergraduate degree at Emory University.

Julianne Grabin

SVP Operations

Julianne Grabin is the SVP of Operations and has been a part of Dental365 since its inception.  Prior to Dental365, Julianne worked as a Dental Assistant and Patient Coordinator for Dr. Asnis and Echelman DDS.

Dr. Joseph Carpentieri

Director of Clinical Education

Dr. Joseph Carpentieri graduated magna cum laude from University of Maryland and practiced general dentistry for eight years before returning to school to pursue a Certificate in Prosthodontics from Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in NYC. Subsequent to that time, he completed a four year, part-time Surgical Fellowship at the Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at New York University. Currently, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics/Implant Fellowship at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.

Hiro Soriano

Chief Insurance Officer

Hiro Soriano is the Chief Insurance Officer and joined Dental365 in 2013.

Brent Simon

VP Operations

Brent is Vice President of Operations and joined Dental365 in 2022. Prior to Dental365, Brent was the Founder and CEO of Dental Care, a Dental Support Organization that was acquired by Dental365 in August 2022. Previously, Brent was the Founder & CEO of Best-Bite, a TMJ Appliance company, that was acquired by Whipmix in 2007.

Chase Drossos

VP Finance

Chase Drossos is the Vice President of Finance and joined Dental365 in 2021. Prior to Dental365, Chase was a lead Senior Manager within the energy, infrastructure and utilities division of Mazars.

Brian Musolin

VP, Head of FP&A

Brian Musolin is the Vice President, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and joined Dental365 in 2021. Prior to Dental365, Brian was the Head of FP&A at Roland Foods, LLC. Prior to Roland, Brian was the Head of FP&A at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality.  

Jake Kashanian

VP Business Development

Jake is the VP of Business Development and joined Dental 365 in 2018. Prior to Dental365, Jake was the VP of Strategy at CityMD and a Manager at Deloitte.  

Mike Anderson

Chief Development Officer

Mike is the VP of Business Development and  joined Dental365 in 2021. Prior to Dental365, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Development at ReFocus Eye Health and Senior Director of Corporate Development at Midwest Dental.

Tara Sweeney

Director Human Resources

Tara Sweeney is the Director of Human Resources and joined Dental365 in 2021. Prior to Dental365, Tara was the Vice President of Human Resources for Beyond Boundaries, Autism Specialists & Therapeutic Services. Prior to Beyond Boundaries, Tara was the Director of Human Resources for Schweiger Dermatology Group, LLC.

Dr. David Gohari

Clinical Support Director

David Gohari is a Clinical Support Director and joined Dental365 in 2015. Prior to Dental365, David worked in private practice in Manhattan, NY.  David holds a DDS and Prosthodontic degree from New York University College of Dentistry. 

Marissa Thompson

SVP of Operations

Marissa Thompson is our SVP of Operations and joined Dental365 in 2021. Prior to Dental365, Marissa spent time as the Director of Operations for Beacon Dental Health and was the Vice President of Operations for Summit Dental Partners. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Massachusetts School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and is a Registered Dental Hygienist.

VP Acquisitions and Integrations

David Rudy is Vice President, Acquisitions and Integrations and joined Dental365 in 2018. Prior to Dental Dental365, David was Regional Manager for 42North Dental.

Nancy Attia

VP Acquisitions and Integrations

Nancy Attia is Vice President of Acquisitions Integrations and joined Dental365 in 2017. Prior to Dental365, Nancy was the Operations Manager of the Dental Groups of New Jersey.  

Melissa Wescott

VP of Operations

Melissa is the Vice President of Operations and joined Dental 365 in October. Melissa joined us with 30 years of dental operations experience in Michigan.

Eugene Danyo-Rodriguez

Chief Talent Officer

Eugene Danyo Rodriguez is the Chief Talent Officer and joined Dental365 in 2018. Prior to working with Dental365, Eugene was the Director of Recruitment at Allied Dental Practices.  

Lauren Baron

VP Marketing

Lauren Baron is the Vice President of Marketing and joined Dental365 in 2022. Prior to Dental365, Lauren was the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing and Customer Experience at Infor and at CA Technologies.  

John Livingston

Director of Facilities and Project Management

John Livingston is the Director of Facilities and Project Management and joined Dental365 in 2019. Prior to Dental365, John was the Assistant Manager and Equipment Technician for Henry Schein for over 25 years.
